I was a first time customer there today and I have to say by far the best service I have ever gotten. I will absolutely go back to them. Staff is very friendly and Jen did an awesome job on my acrylic nails. I strongly recommend Jen's spa and salon to everyone!

I love this wonderful team of ladies! I go to this hair salon very often and I always have a very enjoyable time, whether this is for my hair, my nails, or a lovely massage. Their hair dye is top quality, and they are also very close to my place in Hilo, which means that I don’t have to go far to enjoy their services. They offer a huge range of creative nail designs as well for those of you who like your nails to look fabulous.
I’ve never been a fan of hair salons to be honest, and it’s because I could never find someone who actually listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and who was able to execute the cut well. The first time I went to Jen’s Salon I was way too insecure so I just decided to trim my ends and leave it at that. She did such a wonderful job and was so professional about it that I soon gained more confidence and experimented with some braids and highlights and I am so happy with her work. She has really taken great care of my hair and has been able to continuously create wonderful hairstyles for me that are easy to maintain at home. I love Jen’s Salon and I also love the way my hair looks now.
