They do the best job, they tent for extra time using more vicane gas than anyone else so they kill the termite eggs. other companies do not do that and they are all a waste of money except terminix.
First & most importantly all the bugs are dead! The service was excellent and the exterminator knew the exact kind of bugs we were dealing with. Worth ever cent! Thank you!
The first visit was great. Then on the second scheduled visit, they didn't show up. When I called they insisted that the the guy did show up and sprayed. I stayed home waiting for them all day as I needed to let them inside. It took me 4 phone calls to re-schedule an appointment as 2 of the agents hung up on me (I was not being obnoxious). I've heard of their scams but it's hard to find exterminators where I live. I'm going with a smaller company even though I've paid for a year with Terminix. Not worth it.
Friendly professional service that I would recommend to family and friends....I have seen dead insects within 24 hours as well as a75%decrease of fire ants in my home ...now that was amazing...there was no strong chemical smell and my treatment was pet friendly ....Terminix will definitely be my insect and rodent exterminators for life❤
If there was less than one star rating I would give it. Cannot get in contact with anyone to schedule my services or answer questions. Terminix website is having "issues" for several days now. Terrible customer service from Keaau branch but they're only too happy to take your payments.
