If you are in this area looking for a delicious slice (or whole) pizza, this ONE PIZZA HUT seems to put all other Pizza Huts to shame. I work down the road and occasionally get pizza from here and it is the best I have had for regular pizza. If you want a fancy style pizza you might want to try Cafe Pesto in Hilo, but if you are in Keaau and you have a hankering for a REAL pizza, this is the best place.
Worst pizza ever. Ordered thin crust with pepperoni and sausage; result was like dehydrated cardboard and very little topping. We've ordered from Pizza Hut all over the country, and this was the worst experience ever.
Store is always "closed" you pay extra for extra cheese and they never put it.. many times they didn't have wings LOL! Sometimes the toppings are normal and other times there's barely anything on there it's a joke..or you'll get burnt pizza.. if they make a mistake and you mention it you'll catch attitude.. IT'S not like the pizza is cheap..we'd like our money's worth.. the old staff was always so friendly, never expressed their stress and definitely didn't ruin a pizza.. and obviously could hand their work load.. it's really lame when you go to order and they tell you, you can't.. should really get faster more efficient employees.. Keaau isn't that busy.. seriously compared to everywhere else.. it's a shame... hopefully this review will make management provide better training or support to their new crew..

Pizza tastes pretty bad and the chesse is like plastic. Its so chewy. Its could be gum.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, PIZZA SUCKS, AND SO MUCH ATTITUDE. Fat guy with the mustache who is supposedly the manager has some attitude along with the cashier. They cannot handle their workload and it's not even that busy. I talked with the cashier and she says that no one is properly trained. There is an old guy working and he seems to just always be standing around. Everytime I am there I see the fat guy who is supposedly the manager scolding someone about doing a job, but he never does anything himself. Literally scolding someone while eating a pizza. DO NOT EAT HERE.
