Once Tom understood my husband's intentions for the old house in Volcano Village he was inspecting, he changed his tact and focus to accommodate our vision. Amiable, professional, efficient, thorough! Great experience all around. It starts with the ease of booking online. You enter the property information, buyer's and seller's agent (most often already in the system), and then pick a date. You'll be offered a couple of time slots on that day. I scheduled an inspection on a Monday for that Thursday! They send the contract and confirmation via email, including a Google Calendar reminder.
