Horrible customer service. Office was hot and muggy. Had to wait to get into office was locked during "their normal business hours". Worker didn't want to turn on air conditioning. She also didn't want a fan on because that might "move the air around". She would not allow me to use bathroom, but didn't want me to leave either because she might have to re-enter something if some one came. I had turned on fan and by the time I came back she had turned it off. There move in "Special" was only good for a couple of days of storage. Also unit they wanted to stick me in only had small doors. Overall seriously backwards experience.
Had a storage unit there. Just canceled because I have space where I just moved but they've been there for me for more than a year

Never go here they lie and are horrible people . Manager Tiffany is very rude , arrogant, she will make up very untrure situations to protect herself she is 100 % unprofessional. Owner Jack is very unprofessional. I highly recommend anyone from renting from this facility. They breach contracts . Please go else where.
