Best $ I've spent in a while!
I've had back pain for years and happened to run into Benjamin at the Maku'u Farmers Market. I thought what the heck and signed up for their month plan. After a couple weeks I can say that he's very experienced and knows what he's doing. Not because he told me, but because my back problems are becoming a thing of the past! Not only does he fix you up but also teaches you how to keep your back in good shape.

I've visited a lot of chiropractors in both Canada & the USA, and I was incredibly impressed with the care I received here. Dr. Benjamin is thorough and skilled and inspires confidence. He also offers a very affordable plan to help reduce the cost for clients who need regular maintenance. Highly recommended.
Aloha- Ethan's girlfriend here. Wanted to personally leave review... woke up this morning to less / almost no pain in my hip , yay! Also, loved getting my feet/ankles/wrists/hands/shoulders adjusted! An ounce of prevention is worth 10lbs of cure IMO. With my 24year old shoulder injury, I have never been able to properly do a push up, and with one slight adjustment, I finally got some strength back! Friggin miracle! Look forward to seeing what my body can do with more adjustments.
Brilliant. Excellent care, professional, amiable, caring. I let my maintenance care lapse way too far in the course of moving from the mainland and was in a lot of pain. I was lucky to get a same day appointment. I'm very much looking forward to establishing regular care here. It was also probably the most fun I've ever had getting adjusted in 16 years, by numerous doctors, and from a variety of colleges.
My girlfriend and I have seen several chiropractors, and Benjamin is by far THE BEST one we've been to! My girlfriend has an old shoulder injury, and finally after 24 years and one adjustment session with Benjamin, she started getting feeling back in numb areas! With such reasonable rates, we look forward to being regulars at Back to Basics. How lucky are we to have access to great work on our big island! Thanks guys!!
