Receptionist had the gall to say " if you were family, I would do it for you" and " there are some patients we just don't care about"
This is a public medical center. You should be treated all the same!!! Family or not!!!
Obviously they have their favorites!
I feel like I fell into that category after not receiving a call back about an MRI test result! Even after I called and left a message.
Was actually diagnosed with "chronic pain" after only 4 weeks of lower back pain. Scripts were never submitted!
